Sonyá Allen

Sonyá Allen is a dedicated Montessori educator with experience guiding children ages 6-9 in their learning journey. Since August 2023, she has been nurturing young minds through engaging grammar, math, and science works, helping children connect with their environment while fostering a spirit of exploration, discovery, and research.

With a passion for guiding children toward independence, Sonyá encourages self-control, accountability, and a sense of responsibility within their classroom community. She instills in her students the importance of collaboration and respect, teaching them how to contribute meaningfully to their surroundings.

Beyond the classroom, Sonyá enjoys gardening, painting, traveling to new places, and experiencing different cuisines—interests that enrich her teaching and inspire curiosity in her students.
